Eccomi qui anche oggi per condividere con voi una nuova card, realizzata per giocare al challenge "Create your own background" sul blog di Create a Smile.

Today I want to share with you the card I made to play on the latest Create a Smile blog challenge called "Create your own background".

Qualche giorno fa ero incappata in questo fantastico video tutorial della strepitosa Carissa Wiley e ho pensato fosse perfetto per questa sfida e così...

Some days ago I watched this amazing video tutorial by the super talented Carissa Wiley and I thought it was really an interesting way to create a background, perfect for this challenge, so.....

Per la mia card ho usato il carinissimo timbro di Create a Smile  "Oh Christmas Tree" e ho realizzato il mio sfondo timbrando il sentiment del set più volte e in tanti colori diversi (i miei erano tutti inchiostri di Lawn Fawn).

For my card I used the super cute "Oh Christmas Tree" stamp set by Create a Smile and I built my background stamping the sentiment of the set several time and in a lot of different colors (mine were all Lawn Fawn ink pads).

Ho poi costruito la mia scena facendola aderire ad un cerchio cucito di vellum e aggiungendo qualche paillettes qua e là.

Then I added my scene layered on a vellum stitched circle and put some sequins here and there.

Le timbrate sono state colorate con i Nuvo markers e sono state aggiunte con dello scotch spessorato, mentre il sentiment è stato embossato a caldo su del cartoncino nero.
I colored my stamped images with Nuvo Markers and I hot embossed the sentiment on a strip of black cardstock.

E' una card molto semplice, ma che fa la sua scena...non trovate? 

It's a very simple card to make, but so beautiful at the same time and I'm going to use this funny technique again and again.

CHRISTMAS IS.....COOKIE-SCENT FROM ME TO YOU.

Una delle cose che più amo del Natale è preparare i biscotti con la mia piccola (si fa per dire) polpetta, così quando ho visto questo timbro di Create a Smile è stato amore a prima vista.

Hello there!

One of the things I like the most about Christmas is baking homemade cookies with my "little" girl, so when I saw this new stamp set by Create a Smile it has been love at first sight.

E questa è la prima card realizzata con questi dolcissimi pupazzi di neve....non sono adorabili?

And this is my first card with this super sweet snowmen.....aren't they adorable?

Per realizzare lo sfondo ho utilizzato il Distress Oxide color tattered rose e uno dei nuovi stencil di Heffy Doodle (vi ho già detto quanto amo la loro nuova release?!), mentre per la cornice ho usato del Distress Ink color chipped sapphire e una vecchia fustella di Mama Elephant.

For the background I used tattered rose Distress Oxide with one of the newest Heffy Doodle stencil (I've already told you how much I love their new release?!), while for the frame I used chipped sapphire Distress Ink and an old Mama Elephant die.

Ho poi timbrato i pupazzi di neve, li ho colorati con i miei amati Spectrum Noir e qualche Nuvo markers e ho aggiunto piccoli dettagli con una penna gel bianca.

Then I stamped the super cute snowmen, I colored them with my beloved Spectrum Noir and Nuvo markers and I added some little details with a white gel pen.

"DASHING THROUGH THE SNOW WITH RUDY" INTERACTIVE TAG

Good morning and welcome back to my blog!
Today I'm here to share with you a funny and interactive Christmas tag.

Nel realizzarla mi sono ispirata alla bravissima Ali e alle sue meravigliose cards e qui potete vedere il suo video tutorial su come realizzare questo tipo di slider.
I was inspired by the amazing Ali and their super cute cards for making this tag and you can find her video tutorial on how to do it here.

Io poi non potevo più aspettare e dovevo assolutamente creare qualcosa con le nuove e dolcissime rennine di Impronte d'Autore e così....
Then, I needed to play with the new A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E reindeers by Impronte d'Autore....they're so super sweet, aren't they?

Così è nata questa divertente e allegra tag.
So, I decided to make this funny, big tag.

Per ottenere lo sfondo, ho sfumato fra loro i Distress Oxide blueprint sketch, mermaid lagoon e tumbled glass e vi ho spruzzato sopra prima dell'acqua e poi del Nuvo Mica Mist.
For the background, I blended blueprint sketch, mermaid lagoon and tumbled glass Distress Oxide together and I splattered with some water first, and then with some Nuvo Mica Mist.

Ho poi stampato le mie rennine, le ho colorate con i miei nuovi Zig Clean Color Real Brush e ho aggiunto dei dettagli con una penna gel bianca.
Then I stamped my little reindeers, I colored them with my new Zig Clean Color Real Brush and I added some details with white gle pen.

La scritta "oh joy" è stata ottenuta con una fustella dell'ultima collezione di Mama Elephant e l'ho colorata sfumando del Distress Ink color candied apple.
I cut the "oh joy" script with a die from the latest Mama Elephant release and I colored it by blending some candied apple Distress Ink on it.

Ho embossato a caldo la scritta sulla "neve" bianca con della polvere della Nuvo color cool jade.
I hot embossed my sentiment on the white "snow" with some Nuvo cool jade embossing powder.

Per finire ho aggiunto qualche goccia di Nuvo nei colori autumn red and white blizzard qua e là e....da da da.....ecco la mia tagghina.
I added some autumn red and white blizzard Nuvo drops here and there as final touch and .....da da da...here's my tag.

PAROLA D'ORDINE "SPARKLE"

Oggi voglio condividere con voi la card che ho realizzato per partecipare alla sfida corrente sul blog di Lawn Fawnatics, la numero #39, Bling it out.

Hi there!

Today I'm here to show you the card I made to play with the Bling it out challenge on the LAwn Fawnatics blog.

Questa volta bisognava aggiungere qualcosa che brillasse per poter partecipare e così ho pensato di cospargere il terreno innevato con lo Sparkling clean-Glitter mix firmato "Little Things" di Lucy Abrams.

This time we have to add some sparkle to our cards, so I added some Glitter mix-Sparkling clean by Lucy Abrams' "Little Things" on my snowy hills.

Ho anche aggiunto qualche goccia di Nuvo color "White Blizzard" qua e là per aggiungere brillantezza.

I also put some "White Blizzard" Nuvo drops here and there to add a glitter touch.

Che ne dite? Spero vi sia piaciuta. Ora scappo, che la preparazione del pranzo per la polpetta mi chiama. Grazie per essere passati a trovarmi e alla prossima. Con affetto, Silvia.

CARD EXCHANGE...ESPERIENZE UNICHE.

Io ho da poco preso parte a quello organizzato dal gruppo Facebook "Lawn Fawn Addicts" e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero bella ed emozionante.

Have you ever taken part to a card exchange?

I made my first one a month ago. I took part to the card exchange organized by the Facebook group "Lawn Fawn Addocts"  and it was really exciting.

Era uno scambio di card a tema "autunno" e bisognava usare almeno un prodotto firmato Lawn Fawn.

It was a Fall theme one and you had to use at least one Lawn Fawn products.

Non sapere chi e quando mi avrebbe spedito una card fatta apposta per me è stato bellissimo.

Don't know who and when will send me a handmade card has been incredible and beautiful.

Ed ecco la card che ho realizzato per la mia "amica" segreta.

This is the card I made for my secret swap buddy.

Come potete vedere, ho usato svariati set di timbri firmati Lawn Fawn, alcuni nuovi e altri di collezioni passate.

As you can see I used a lot of different Lawn Fawn stamp sets, some new and some from past collections.

Questa invece è la card che ho ricevuto io e che trovo semplicemente adorabile.

This is the card I found in my mailbox ....I think it's really adorable.

MAMA ELEPHANT INSIDE ARCH DIE....MY NEW LOVE.

Oggi vi parlerò del mio nuovo amore: la fustella "Inside Arch" di Mama Elephant e per farlo vado subito a mostrarvi le card che ho realizzato con il suo impiego.

Today I'm going to tell you about my new love: "Inside Arch" die by Mama Elephant and I make it by showing you some cards I realized with it.

Le prime due sono molto simili fra loro, cambia solo il tema di base.

The first two are quite similar, the only difference between them is the theme.

Iniziamo da questa card natalizia che ho realizzato utilizzando i dolcissimi pinguini del set "Cool Penguins" di Mama Elephant.

So let's start by this Christmas card I made using Mama Elephant "Cool Penguins" stamp set.

I protagonisti di quest'altra card sono invece i dolcissimi personaggi del set di timbri "Farmyard Little Bits" di Hello Bluebird.

The main characters  of this other card are the super cute critters from the "Farmyard Little Bits" stamp set by Hello Bluebird.

L'ultima card è una card natalizia realizzata usando i timbri "Yappy Woofmas" e "Santa's Sleigh" e la fustella "Landscape trio", tutti di Mama Elephant.

The last card I made featured "Yappy Woofmas" and "Santa's Sleigh" stamp sets and "Landscape Trio" die, all by Mama Elephant.

Devo dire che mi sono veramente divertita un mondo creando queste allegre cards e ho già in mente altre idee da sperimentare con questa fustella, per tanto....stay tune!
