ARE YOU READY FOR CHRISTMAS?!

Yeahhh!!!! I'm still in time for a new Christmas in July card and I had a lot of fun making it….it's always a pleasure playing with Lawn Fawn goodies!!!

I started my card cutting a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of white cardstock, I ink blended it with seedless preserved, blueprint sketch and black soot Distress Oxide inks and I splatter it with water and a bit of pure platinum Nuvo Mousse loosened with a drop of water.
I then built up my scene using Lawn Fawn "Stitched Hillside borders" and "Peekaboo backdrop" dies.

Critters are from different stamp sets (snowmen are from "Ready, Set, Snow", mouse is from "Friends Forever" and llama and penguin are from "Say what? Xmas Critters"), I stamped them with Memento black ink and colored with Nuvo alcohol markers.

Well, that's all for today.
Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you have found some inspiration.
See you soon. Hugs, Silvia.

I then die cut a white rectangles with La Coppia Creativa "Rettangoli Decorati" dies, ink blended with spun sugar and tattered rose Distress Oxide inks and splattered with water.
I also die cut two sand hills with Lawn Fawn "Stitched Hillside Borders" dies and two wave stripes with Craftin' Desert Divas "Outdoor Landscape 2" dies.
I then ink blended the first ones with antique line and walnut stein Distress Oxide inks and the other two with tumbled glass and salty ocean Distress Oxide inks.
Before putting all together, I stamped the sentiment and the seagulls with Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear embossed them.

I really love how this card came out and I hope you like it too.
Thank you so much for passing by and have a great day.
Hugs, Silvia.

"YOU ARE MY RAINBOW" INTERACTIVE CARD

Hello there!!!
How is it going?
I've just come back from 10 wonderful days in the Greek island of Crete and now I'm ready to go on in my cardmaking adventure.
As some of you may knows, I was one of the Mama Elephant Top Card Contest runner up and I'm sooooo excited about it…..I just can't believe it yet!!!! But I've also some other news I can't wait to share with you.

Anyway, today's card is one I made using a lot of Heffy Doodle stamp sets and dies.

I started die cutting a white rectangle with the largest die from the "Imperial Stitched Rectangles" and I ink blended the edges using  the "Cloudy Skies" stencil and pumice stone Distress Oxide ink.
I then used the ink smooching technique  and my beloved Distress Inks to create the rainbow center and I die cut the word "RAINBOW" with the amazing "Stiched Alphabetters" dies.

I stamped my images from "Absotoothly Awesome", "Quack Me Up" and "Unbearable Without You" stamp sets with Memento black ink and I colored with Nuvo markers and Spectrum Noir markers.
I attached everything using some liquid glue and some foam tape, I matted with a black rectangles and I added some movement putting a mini wobble behind of the pink fairy.

Well, that's all for today.
Thank you so much for passing by taking a peek.
Have an amazing Sunday!!!
Hugs, Silvia.
