MOST AMAZING MOM CARD WITH PAPERTREY INK

 Hello my dear friends!

I’m so excited to be here with you today sharing one of my card as Papertrey Ink guest designer !!!

Today's card is a Mother's Day one and I mixed together some products of the new release.
I started cutting a 5,5"x4,25" panel from white cardstock and I ink blended it with speckled egg and salvaged patina Distress Oxide inks. I splattered with clean water, picket fence, antique bronze, salvaged patina and speckled egg Distress paints and I stamped some tiny flowers from the "Delightfulu Mini Blooms" stamp set in light blue.

I then die cut the world "MOM" in the middle/bottom of my panel with the "My Mom" die set. I also die cut one of the textured back for the MOM window from white cardstock and I ink blended it with spun sugar, kitsch flamingo and lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide ink.

I used the "Wildflower Fields" and the "Larger than Life: Mom Sentiments" stamp sets to add my composed sentiment in black on the card.

I needed something else to embellish my card, so I decided to stamp a little bouquet of flowers using the amazing "Delightful Mini Blooms" stamp set and a cut bow from the "Vase Collection" stamp set.

That's all.

Thank you so much for stopping by taking a peek today, I hope you like the card.
I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.

HEARTFELT WINGS SCRAPPY TAILS CRAFTS BLOG HOP

Hi Scrappy Tails Crafters! Thank you so much for joining our Spring Inspiration blog and video hop! The Scrappy Tails design team members are using new products from our recent “Heartfelt Wings” collection. This release is inspired by beautiful butterflies, birds and blooms. Along the hop you’ll find lots of beautiful Easter, Mother’s Day and Spring themed cards.

For this special occasion I decided to make a Spring card with a vintage look.

I started cutting a panel from white cardstock and I create a first pattern on it with the new "Hello Butterfly" stencil and speckled egg, salvaged patina and peacock feather Distress Oxide inks.

I started cutting a panel from white cardstock and I create a first pattern on it with the new "Hello Butterfly" stencil and speckled egg, salvaged patina and peacock feather Distress Oxide inks.

I darkened edges with antique linen and vintage photo Distress Oxide inks and I splattered with clean water and vintage photo Distress spray stain.

I then stamped one of the beautiful bird from the new "Birds and Blooms" stamp set with vintage photo Distress spray stain loosened with a bit of water and I used the same liquid ink to darkened edges (with a some drops of ground espresso Distress spray stain too).

I splattered with gold and white acrylic paint and I added a metallic look adding some gold Distress foundry wax.

I heat embossed in white one of the butterfly from the "Heartfelt Wings" stamp set on watercolor paper, I colored it with fired brick. canded apple, picked raspberry and kitsch flamingo Distress watercolor pencils and I cut it with coordinating dies.

I die cut the beautiful "Bird Cage" die  from light gold and black cardstock, I glued them one above the other and I put it in the center of my card base.

I put everything together, I added the "Hello" from the "Hello Butterfly" coordinating dies and some embellishment from the new "Spring Flower Breeze" mix and that's all.

Here are some close-ups.

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to my blog!

It's time for a new amazing  Scrappy Tails Crafts release called Heartfelt Wings in these days and it's soooooo super springly!!!!

I started cutting a 5,5"x4,25" panel from watercolor paper and I heat embossed the beautiful biggest butterfly from the "Heartfelt Wings" stamp set in white twice.

I colored the inside of the butterfly with Distress watercolor pencils and water. I used picked raspberry, muster seeds, salty oceans and a mix of villainous poition and seedless preserved.

I darkened edges with antique linen Distress Oxide ink, I splattered with clean water, some tone on tone inks and white and gold acrylic paints.

I re-embossed the butterfly using a glitter white embossing powder, I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set in blsck and that's all.

I'm really very happy of how the card turned out and I hope you like it as much as I do.

Thank you so much for passing by.

I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.

HELLO SUNSHINE

Hi there and welcome back to my blog!

Today I have a Scrappy Tails Crafts card to share with you and it's all about dies.

I started to create some stencil using one of my favorite die set from last Summer called "Layered Hibiscus".

I then cut a 5,5"x4,25" panel from white cardstock and I used my handmade stencils to ink blended antique linen, fossilized amber and carved pumpkin Distress Oxide inks on it. I darkened edges with vintage photo and I splattered with clean water and tone on tone inks.

For the sentiment I used the same technique: I die cut the "Hello Sunshine" script from white cardstock and I used the negative as a stencil. I ink blended walnut stain Distress Oxide ink through it and I covered with vintage photo Distress embossing glaze.

I die cut some tiny flowers from the "A7 Aloha Tropical Leaves" cover plait die, I colored with Distress Oxide inks and I made some texture on it using Distress crakle paint and a bit of  clear rock candy Distress glitter.

Well, that's all for today. Thank you so much for passing by.
I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.
