ALTERED EMBROIDERY HOOPS COME RICORDO DELLA CRESIMA

Dopo gli "inconvenienti" accorsi alla fine della scorsa settimana e che mi stanno accompagnando ancora adesso, anche se in misura lievemente minore, riesco finalmente a trovare un minutino per condividere con voi le bomboniere che ho realizzato per la Santa Cresima di Emma.
I had some very busy, busy days during this last two weeks, but at the end I found a minute to show you Emma's Confirmation presents: happy me!!!!

Quando ho visto per la prima volta il timbro di Mama Elephant "Picnic with Friends" ho subito capito che sarebbe stato il protagonista del nostro regalino.
Così ho deciso di realizzare dei quadretti da appendere al muro con dei telaietti da ricamo.
The first time I saw Mama Elephant "Picnic with Friends" stamp set I just knew it was the perfect one.
So I decided to make some altered embroidery hoops to hang to the wall.

Per colorare i cieli ho sfumato del Distress Ink, per i prati ho usato la tecnica dell'ink smooching, mentre per colorare i carinissimi animaletti ho usato gli Spectrum Noir.
I used some Distress Ink to color the skies, the ink smooching technique for the meadows and for the super cute critters I used Spectrum Noir markers.

Cosa ne pensate? Io speri che piaceranno tanto quanto piacciono a me!
Well, what do you think about them? I sincerely hope our guests love them as I do.

Ho poi realizzato anche delle piccole tags da aggiungere ai telaietti e per farle mi sono ispirata a questo breve tutorial di Pega Papel o Tijeras.
I also made some little tags to put on my hoops, and I was inspired by "Pega Papel o Tijeras" making them.
