YOU'RE MY CHEDDAR HALF

Hi there and welcome back to my blog. I'm here today to share with you a card I made with one of the super cute Cheesy freebies by Trinity Stamps.

I started cutting a panel from cream cardstock and I ink blended it with the new "Cheesy Background" stencil.

I first blended wild honey Distress Oxide ink through the stencil, I then turned it  up side down and blended rusty hinge Distress Oxide ink through it.

I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and picket fence and antique bronze Distress paints and I set it aside.

I stamped  the cute cheddar images, I colored them with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.

I heat embossed one of the sentiment from the freebie on black cardstock, I die cut a white circle with the second largest die from the "Dainty Scallop Circle" set  and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

I put some jewels here and there and that's all.

Thank you very much for stopping by today, I hope you'll enjoy the card.
Big hugs, Silvia.

HOLDING YOU IN MY HEART

Hello my friends and welcome to a new year of crafting!

I'm here today to share with you a new card I made in collaboration with The Rabbit Hole Designs.

I started cutting a 5,25"x4" panel from watercolor paper and I created a flower frame on it heat embossing some of the beautiful flowers from the "Mindful Magnolia" stamp set with gold powder.

I then colored the flowers with watercolor Distress pencils and I used candied apple and kitsch flamingo for the magnolias and twisted citron for the leaves.

I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water and then with picket fence and antique bronze Distress paints.

Once dry I stamped one of the beautiful sentiment from the set in the middle of the card, I added some matte white Enamel Dots here and there and that's all.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

I wish you an amazing new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
