CHRISTMAS JOY CARD WITH SPELLBINDERS

Hello my dear friends! I have a new Christmas card featuring some new Spellbinders’ dies for you today.

This time I decided to mix the "Tweet Cardinal" and the "Stitched Joy" etched die sets.

I started die cutting two panel with the "Nestabilities Hemstitch Rectangles Venice Lace" etched die set, the biggest one from a dark green cardstock and the smaller one from white cardstock. 

I then die cut all the pieces I needed to build up the cute tweet cardinal from watercolor paper and I colored them with a mix of red Distress Spray Stains and Distress Mica Stain.

I also darkened the edges of the green panel with rustic wilderness Distress Oxide ink and I splattered them with white and gold acrylic paints.

I die cut the letters for the JOY word in two different kind of greens and I put everything together.

MERRY CHRISTMAS WITH SPELLBINDERS

 Hello there and welcome to some new Christmas inspiration with the new Spellbinders release!

Today I’m showcasing the “Mix & Match Holiday Greetings" die set.

I started die cutting a watercolor white panel using the two biggest die from the "Nestabilities Hemstitch Rectangles" set. I then colored it with festive berries Distress Spray Stain and winterberry and peppermint stick Distress Mica Stain.

I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with white and gold Distress paint.

Next, I handstitched the borders of my panel with a turquoise thread. I die cut three times "Merry Christmas" from gold cardstock and I glued them one above the other (just to create a bit of dimension).

I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape, I added some gold sequins here and there and that's all.

HEFFY DOODLE AND TRINITY STAMPS COLLABORATION BLOG HOP

Hello there and welcome to Heffy Doodle and Trinity Stamps collaboration blog hop!!! Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies!

This is the card I made for this special occasion.

I started ink blended a white panel with the Heffy Doodle "Lots of Happy" stencil and some Distress Oxide inks in a rainbow combo (I used wilted violet, kitsch flamingo, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron and salvaged patina). I then splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and white and gold Distress paints.

I used the Trinity Stamps "Ice Cream Cone" die set to create two yummy cupcakes,that I colored with salty ocean and kitsch flamingo Distress Oxide inks, while for the candle I used the "Cupcake Card" die set.

I stamped one of the adorable koala from the Heffy Doodle "Koality Hugs" stamp set, I colored it with alcohol markers and I fussy cut it.

I put everything together with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape, I framed with the biggest die from the "Scalloped Imperial Frame" die set and that's all.

Christmas Stitched Card with Spellbinders

Hello crafty friends! Are you ready for some Christmas inspirations?!

Today’s card features one of the new Spellbinders die set called “Stitched Joy Etched” from the Stitchmas Christmas Collection.

I started cutting the biggest die from Kraft cardstock twice and then I handstiched it with different colors.

I then die cut a panel from pink cardstock with the “Hemstitch Rectangles" die set, I ink blended edges with picked raspberry Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with pink, white and gold acrylic paints.

I die cut the three letters for the “JOY” word in two different green tones and I put everything together with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

HELLO SUNSHINE CARD WITH SCRAPPY TAILS CRAFTS

 Hello crafty friends! I'm back to my blog today to share with you this Summer card I made mixing some goodies from the latest release by Scrappy Tails Crafts.

I started cutting a 5,5"x4,25" panel from white Distress Heavystock  and I used the "Aztec" stencil to apply some Distress texture opaque paste on it.

Once dryied, I sprayed with prize ribbon and kitsch flamingo Distress Spray Stain and I darkened edges with walnut stain Distress Oxide ink.

Next, I splattered with clean water first and white, gold and antique bronze Distress paint then.

I die cut all the pieces I needed to build up my flowers from the "Layered Hibiscus" die set, I colored them with Distress Oxide inks and I covered the yellow pieces with traslucent Distress crackle paint.

For the sentiment I used the "Hello Sunshine" die set and I colored it with ground espresso Distress Paint.

I put everything together and that's all.
