Winter Wishes

Hello my crafty friends! Let's say goodbye to this 2022 with a Winter card featuring some old and new Scrappy Tails Crafts goodies.

I started cutting a base from a peacock cardstock, I embossed it with a folder from my stash and I passed some statue Distress foundry wax.

I then die cut a two hearts from white cardstock with the "Scalloped Heart add-on" die set. I left the scalloped one in white and I ink blended the other with spun sugar, kitsch flamingo and lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide inks and I splattered with clean water and tone on tone inks.

I also die cut a cute snowman from the "Layering Snowman Duo with Christmas Tree" dieset and some other pieces from the "A7 Storefront Gingerbread House add-on" die set and I colored them with alcohol markers.

I put everything together and I stamped a sentiment from the "German Winter Village"  stamp set in red.

Here are some close-ups.

That's all for today! I hope you'll enjoy the card.

I wish you an amazing new year, full of joy, love and colors!

Big hugs, Silvia.

TRINITY STAMPS 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: BOX CARD

Hi there and welcome to the twelveth day of Christams hosted by Trinity Stamps! Today we are going to inspire you with some box card and I hope you'll enjoy them.

For my box card I started cutting two panels from red cardstock with the biggest die from the "A-7 Modern Embossed Layers" set and I scored the both at 5,5" and   6,75".

I then used the "Santa Mug" die to cut a window in one of the panel. I also die cut two creamy topping from white cardstock and a gingerbread man from kraft cardstock.

For the inside of the card I cut a white panel, I ink blended it with broken china, uncharted mariner and prize ribbon Distress Oxide inks and I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and white and bronze acrylic paints.

I decided to create a wintery landscape, so I die cut a white house and some trees with the smallest pieces from the "Snowglobe Card" die set.

I put everything together and I added an embossed sentiment stamped with the "Simply Sentimental-Holidays" stamp set. I added some "Bubblemint Candy Sprinkles" embellishment mix here and there and that's all.

Thank you so much for passing by.....I hope you enjoy this box card.
I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.

TRINITY STAMPS 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: HOME DECORATION

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to the 5th Day of Christmas hosted by Trinity Stamps!

Today it's all about home decor and I have a simple one to share with you.

I started die cutting two scallop circles from kraft cardstock using the new and beautiful "Dainty Scallop Circle" die set. I glued them one above the other with liquid glue and I set them aside.

I then die cut a circle base from white cardstock. I ink blended it with tumbled glass, broken china and uncharted mariner Distress Oxide inks. I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints and I glued it on my kraft cardstock base.

I then used the "Cupcake Card" die set to cut two candles that I colored with alcohol markers and the "Santa Mug" die set to cut some green leaves and red berries.

I put everything together on the blue circle and I decorated it with a gold tinsel ribbon. For the sentiment I used "Simply Sentimental - Holidays" stamp set, a piece of black cardstock and some white embossing powder.

That's all for today! I hope you'll enjoy this make and don't forget to pass on the Trinity Stamps blog for other inspirations.

Tahnk you so much for passing by. I wish you an amazing day.
Big hugs, Silvia.
