Hello my dear friends and welcome back to my crafty space! I'd like to share with you a Christmas card I made with a die set from the new release by Scrappy Tails Crafts.
I started cutting a panel from white cardstock and I ink blended it with tumbled glass, broken china, faded jeans and chipped sapphire Distress Oxide inks. I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inksa and white and gold acrylic paint.
I also added some texture on it spreading some snowfall Distress paste through on of the layer from the new "Christmas Party" stencil and I set it aside.
I then cut all the pieces from the beautiful "Layering Christmas Bug" die set and I ink blended them with Distress Oxide inks (I used kitsch flamingo and lumberjack plaid for the car and mowed lawn and rustic wilderness for the trees).
To give a snowy effect to my scene I added some white Distress grit paste on the car and trees.
I die cut some snowy hills with a die from my stash and I put everything together.
For the sentiment I used an old but always so good die set called "Winter Essentials", I added some sequins from the "Holly Jolly Christmas" mix and that's all.
Thanks so much for passing by today.
I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.
